The 24 Hour arty People it’s an 24 hours event, which aims to bring together in a studio the maximum number of artists willing to create, exchange ideas, techniques, experiences and art concepts. The resulting production will end up in an exhibition, which will be presented in the hall of the Casa da Memória - Arquivo Municipal da Póvoa de Varzim.
The event is held by the Cooperativa de Cultura A Filantrópica in parallel with the Philantra - Independent Art Festival, with the concept and organization by Bruno Sá, the professor of drawing and painting studio at the cooperative.
The 24 Hour People provides studio space with common equipment, and will support efforts to obtain material, however, each artist is responsible for whatever material needed according to their art concept.
